Matthew Stoll, Esq. started working at Stoll, Nussbaum & Polakov when he was in high school. Matt attended the University of California at Santa Barbara for his undergraduate degree prior to attending Southwestern School of Law and earning his Juris Doctor in 2007. His passion for law and helping people in need was the reason he decided to join his father and brother in the practice of law. Matt has successfully litigated hundreds of cases over his career, with several settlements and judgments over $1 million, and over 300 settlements and judgments over $100,000. Matt obtained one of the largest awards for his client who was injured in the 2008 Chatsworth train accident, a case that involved more than one hundred claimants. He has successfully handled all types of injury cases including auto accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, drunk driving accidents, train accidents, slip and falls, dog bites and many others. In his free time, Matt enjoys surfing, biking, golfing, hiking and coaching his kids' sports teams. Matt was married in 2008 and resides with his wife and four children in Montecito, California.
